Catching up on Movies

So I've been really busy lately (hence the short hiatus from my blog,) but I have returned with a list of movies for you that I have viewed and would like to share them with you!

• She's Out of My League= Hilarious! Great movie to watch with your bf/gf!
• Book of Eli= So in this one I totally underestimated Denzel... I didn't believe he could pull off being this aggressive and violent swordsman... I was very wrong... This movie was AWESOME! Denzel does it again!
• Beauty and the Beast= So this was a B class movie I found on the shelf and since I love the Disney version I thought I would give this a try. I really liked the story and wish this movie could be re-made with a bigger budget so that it could be released in theatres rather than straight to DVD. The beautiful Estella Warren played "Belle" and I wish they could have ATLEAST dyed her hair brown.... Belle is a Brunette! NOT a blonde!!! :P
• Shutter Island= Now I have to admit..... I have a soft spot for Leonardo DiCaprio....but put that aside and this movie was still AMAZING! Great actors, great director (Scorsese....can't EVER go wrong) great story. The only thing Leonardo DiCaprio can't do is smoke.....it doesn't look like he's a real life smoker... :P
• Bitch Slapped= This movie was recommended by my neighbour.....B class movie, lots of boobs, basically making fun of the "Charlie's Angels" movie and lots and lots of girl on girl action.....gentlemen....enjoy....but I definitely wouldn't recommend this one for a romantic movie night with your girlfriend........ And guess who's in this?? Kevin freaking Sorbo!.....Hercules himself ;)
• Hot Tub Time Machine= Reading the title of this movie I thought... "C'mon, Really??" but gave it a shot anyway and after letting go of the fact that the time machine was an actual hot tub......the movie got hilarious! Can't go wrong with Rob Corddry! (the bald guy.... :P)
• 41 Year Old Virgin Who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt SuperBad About it= If you are a fan of the "Scary Movie" films, you'll LOVE this one.... NON-STOP LAUGHTER! Definitely one of those movies you'll want to watch more than twice!
• Green Zone= I'm a huge sucker for Matt Damon and he not only looked good in this movie, but he kicked a$$! A man in uniform for the ladies... and non-stop action and suspense for all!! If you can only rent one movie......this one is it! :D

Hope these short reviews assist you in making the right decision at the movie store this week!
